The Tisbury School Project remains on schedule and within budget. Installation of the site infrastructure drainage is underway in the east field. And at the west corner of the building, installation of Secant Piles continues and will be completed in a few weeks. Subsequently, Soldier Piles and Lagging will be placed to allow the excavation to begin for the foundation walls for the new building addition. All abatement tasks for the interior of the existing school have been completed; except for the window caulking abatement, which will take place once windows are removed. Demolition on the third floor is complete. Second-floor demolition is currently at 50%. And once the second-floor demolition is complete, the crew will move to the first floor for approximately four more weeks to complete the demolition phase of the project.
