The project remains on schedule despite recent weather challenges. Premium Time has been utilized to overcome these obstacles within the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Gym window installation and glazing of Kalwall Translucent Panels will be finished by the end of the month. Drywall and insulation work for Building B will commence mid-month, concurrent with the completion of elevator installation. On the 1st Floor, the masonry contractor is repointing and washing the interior exposed masonry wall in the cafeteria. MEP contractors are progressing with duct installation and insulation, while drywall systems are being installed in preparation for painting. On the second floor, the priming and painting of the walls is nearly finished, as ceiling grid placement begins. On the third floor of the 1929/1995 building, priming of ceilings, walls, and door frames is complete, and lighting fixture installation is ongoing. Floor prep/leveling will be finished by mid-month – followed by immediate installation of flooring. Interior finishes are progressing on the first and second floors of this building. Site work has resumed with the placement of the concrete generator pad – followed by generator setting and wiring. Permanent power will be available in the building by mid-April.
