The building project work on the 1929 and 1995 buildings is nearing completion. First cleanings have been completed on floors 2 and 3, with 1st floor cleaning beginning this week. With permanent electrical power now provided by Eversource, Technology Networks and HVAC systems are being installed and started up. Site work at the West side of the campus continues, as paving begins at the drop-off areas. The temporary school infrastructure removal has begun – approximately 8 modular units have been barged off-island, with nine more being staged at the Water Works location. The underground infrastructure for the temporary campus is in the process of being removed, allowing construction to begin for the East field. The school building project remains within budget and the school will open in the Fall of 2024.
