The Construction Manager at Risk (W.T. Rich) and Owner’s Project Manager (CHA) worked together to protect the existing playground equipment and keep it separate from construction activities to make sure the students could still enjoy outdoor playtime during school operations. The students were enjoying watching the big machines at work nearby.
