Tisbury School – Community & Student Visioning Workshops
On January 22, 2020, 33 Tisbury community members participated in one of two 2-hour long Visioning Workshops run by New Vista Design and Tappé Architects. One workshop took place in the morning from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Tisbury Emergency Services Facility, and another took place in the evening, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Tisbury Senior Center. Each workshop was a collaborative session designed to engage community members in a discussion of their educational, architectural and community-related priorities for the renovation of the Tisbury Elementary School.
An additional Student Visioning Workshop for 28 Tisbury School students, grades 2-8, took place from 1:00 -2:30 PM in the Tisbury Emergency Services Facility.
